Shipping policy

This policy covers order processing, delivery estimates, shipping costs, duties and taxes, and the handling of delivery-related issues.

1. Where We Ship

Glavelle primarily serves customers in the United States and also accepts orders to selected countries and regions.

Shipping availability depends on the destination, carrier coverage, applicable legal or customs restrictions, and our ability to provide reliable tracked delivery.

We ship to most serviceable addresses within the United States. However, certain remote areas or locations outside our carriers’ service coverage may not be eligible for delivery.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

If additional verification is needed before shipment, we may contact you by email to confirm your shipping address, telephone number, or other order information.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit time is typically 10–12 business days. This estimate does not include order processing time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customs inspections, remote-area delivery, carrier capacity, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once it becomes available. A signature may be required upon delivery.

4. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes Included

All product prices displayed by Glavelle include standard shipping to eligible destinations, along with any applicable import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and taxes associated with delivery.

Fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider—including currency conversion fees or international transaction fees—are not collected by Glavelle and are not included in the product price.

5. Address Changes and Customer Information

Please carefully review your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number before placing your order.

Address changes may only be requested before shipment and cannot be guaranteed. Please email your order number and corrected information to glavellestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If an order is shipped to the wrong address because of an error made by Glavelle, we will take responsibility and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

If delivery fails because the information provided by the customer was incorrect, incomplete, or no longer valid, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return, redelivery, or replacement costs, where permitted by law. We may be unable to replace or refund an order that was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6. Shipping Delays

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimated shipping date.

You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Lost, Misdelivered, or “Delivered” Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period, or if your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly at glavellestudio@gmail.com and include your order number.

Before contacting us, please check the designated delivery area, ask household members or building staff, and look for any delivery notice left by the carrier.

We will contact the carrier and assist with an investigation. After reviewing the carrier’s findings and the available information, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. This may include a replacement, when available, or a refund.

Because each Glavelle artwork is distinctive, an identical replacement may not always be available.
